We started Verso in a Lisbon attic in 2014 with one belief: the best work comes from small, senior teams who care about every detail.
Twelve years later, we’re still deliberately small. There are no account layers between you and the people doing the work — the strategist who interviews your customers is in the room when the design is reviewed, and the engineer who builds it was there when it was sketched.
That closeness is our advantage. It’s how we move fast without cutting corners, and why so many of our clients have been with us for five years or more. We don’t scale by adding headcount; we scale by getting better.
